I realise that sometimes I might not be instantly able to answer your queries, so in this section I’ve added some of the most asked questions, together with their answers. You’ll also find links to things like a downloadable bridle measurement sheet.

Q How do I order?
A My website isn’t transactional. Everything is made to order as it’s a 100% personal service that I offer. You can call me or if you’d prefer, message me through WhatsApp to discuss your needs and place your order.
Q How long does it take from ordering to delivery?
A This can differ depending on the time of year. Offering a bespoke, hand made leather item takes time, but I promise I make the wait worthwhile. I’ll give you a estimated lead time when you place your order.
Q Where is your leather from?
A The quality of leather is really important to me so I only buy top quality English leather from reliable British sources.
Q Do you fit saddles?
A I no longer offer this service I’m afraid. I can certainly give you the name of those I recommend you contact though.
Q Can you reflock my saddle?
A I absolutely can, yes.
Q Can you repair my broken leather item
A Alot of the time yes I can, but it will depend entirely on what is broken and where it is broken. Always a good idea to WhatsApp me photos of the problem to ask if it’s feasible.
Q Do you repair zips on boots.
A Sadly not. I can point you in the direction of a company in Devon who I’m told are very good at this kind of repair.
Q How do I measure for a bridle, how do I know what size I need.
A If you have a bridle that already fits and you just need a new version the easiest thing to do is to measure each part. I have a really easy to use measurement sheet that you can DOWNLOAD HERE and then send on to me via email. You can also use this as a guide for when you don’t have a bridle already, however I can talk you through the measuring process. Please be aware there are no refunds on products ordered where you have measured yourself.
Q I’m not confident to measure myself, do you offer that service on site?
A Absolutely I can do this for you. There is a charge to come out to you that covers a standard measuring fee and mileage costs. I’m based just outside Chard, Somerset so if you are reasonably local to this then it’s a good option to go with.
Q Can I visit your workshop?
A I’m not a retail outlet so I’m open to appointment only, but yes, I’d be really happy to for you to see me at work.
